How We Taste Food
How We Taste Food
Today I will be talking to you about how your tongue can taste food. Do kids have about 10 000 paella and adults have about 5 000 papillae.
How We Taste
The tongue has little papillae and they have little microvilli , the little microvilli are the taste buds so you can taste the flavor of the food.
What happens when you have a cold
If you got a cold the olfactory receptors can not protect you because if you have a cold your brain will not be telling you that the food has gone bad.
Conclusion
I learnt that little kids have 10 000 papillae and adults have about 5 000 papillae, and I learnt that the papillae has little microvilli is the taste buds.

Electricity
Electricity
Today I will be talking about how electricity works. Do you know that 70% of your body is made of water.
Electricity can go through water, metal and air and electricity can go through your body because your body is made of 70% water
The transformers have 11,000 volts, but the transformers give us 300 or 400 volts in our homes to have power.
Stay away from a damaged or fallen power pole so you can be safe and step 10 meters away from the damaged or fallen power pole.
Summary
I learnt that your body is made of 70% water and learnt that electricity is the speed of light.

Digestive System
Digestive System
It takes about 8 hours for your food to go all the way down to your digestive system and then poop
I will be talking about your digestive system.
The digestive system is made of the mouth, stomach, small intestine and large intestine
The first way were the food gose is the mouth. Teeth break down the food and the silver makes the food more easy for the food to go down the oesophagus.
Then the food goes into the stomach. The stomach is a like muscle bag and the stomach is like a washing machine because the food goes all around the stomach and the stomach cleanse the bacteria.
Then it goes into the small intestine. The small intestine takes all of the parotine from the food and the small intestine are finger things.
The last part of the digestive system is the large intestine. The large intestine is when all of the food is in one places and the turns the food into liquid and it turns into poop.
The thing I learnt was that the food goes into your whole body in 8 hours.
